Meet Our Founder

Kristina Kress
Founder and Principal Consultant
Kris brings over two decades of expertise in forging impactful partnerships and delivering transformative solutions. Her consulting career began at Development Dimensions International, where she honed her skills before transitioning to an internal consulting role in the nuclear industry. The industry ignited Kris’ passion for systems thinking and continuous improvement, leading her to adopt a lean approach to learning.
Throughout her career, Kris has collaborated with diverse clients across aerospace, automotive, energy, high-tech, hospitality, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors. Her extensive experience spans needs analysis, instructional design, coaching, facilitation, feedback provision, program and project management, cohort learning, and post-implementation reviews.
Kris' broad industry experience and deep expertise in these areas underscore her commitment to creating meaningful, sustainable change for organizations.
